All sales are final and payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, setup fees, licensing fees, activation fees, installation fees, subscription fees, upgrade fees, website/funnel setup fees, hosting-related fees, digital product purchases, and access to Profit Hub System tools, templates, training, community areas, or related services.
Because Profit Hub System may include digital access, licensing rights, account setup, website installation, funnel installation, hosting-related provisioning, software access, onboarding, and other work that begins shortly after purchase, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, setup has started, installation has started, provisioning has started, or any related service has been delivered.
We do not provide refunds because a member changes their mind, does not use the service, fails to follow the training, does not achieve a desired result, decides the service is no longer needed, chooses not to promote, or experiences results different from what they expected.
If a website, funnel, account, license, tool access, hosting-related service, or member area access has been installed, activated, provisioned, or delivered, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
If we approve a refund as a rare exception, we may revoke access to the related product, membership, license, account, website, funnel, templates, community, training, affiliate features, bonuses, commissions, or other related services.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan depending on the options available at the time.
Upgrades may require additional setup fees, licensing fees, subscription changes, or other charges.
Downgrades may result in loss of access to certain tools, websites, funnels, templates, systems, support levels, affiliate features, community access, or services.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by using the self-cancellation feature inside the members area or by submitting a cancellation request through our Support Ticket System
If you cancel using the self-cancellation feature, cancellation is effective immediately.
If you request cancellation through the Support Ticket System, cancellation will be processed within 48 hours on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
Cancellation stops future recurring billing. Cancellation does not create a refund for amounts already paid.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged again.
